摘要：随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。管理信息系统是一个不断发展的新型学科，企业要生存要发展，要高效率地把企业活动有机地组织起来，就必须加强企业管理，即加强对企业内部的各种资源（人、财、物等）的有效管理，建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统。
    本文介绍了在Visual FoxPro6.0环境下采用“自上而下地总体规划，自下而上地应用开发”的策略开发一个管理信息系统的过程。文章介绍了个人财务管理信息系统的系统分析部分，包括可行性分析、业务流程分析等；系统设计部分主要介绍了系统功能设计和数据库设计及代码设计；系统实现部分说明了几个主要模块的算法，并附带了一些主要的窗口和程序。
    本系统界面友好，操作简单，比较实用。

Summary: Along with the information technique on the management more and more thorough but extensive application, manage the information system puts on the technique  into practice already and gradually mature. The article introduced the personal finance manages the system analysis of the information system part, include the viability assessment, business process analysis etc.; System design the part introduces the system function the design primarily to design with database and the code designs; The system realizes the part explained the calculate way of a few and main mold piece, and supplementary some main window way with procedure.
    This system interface amity, operation simple, more practical.

系统功能模块设计

1）收入登记模块：
根据不同的日期和收入的分类，确定收入的具体的金额。
2）支出项目登记模块：
    根据个人在日常生活中不同的类型，进行了一个总体的概括，从而系统默认了五种类型：即餐饮费用；交通费用；娱乐费用；其他费用等五种。用户可以根据需要进行修改，从而更加满足自己的实际需要。
3）修改收支数据
在本模块中，用户可以根据需要对自己的各项收支费用，对日期、类别、金额等进行修改，从而对以前的可能的错误数据进行更正。
4）余额统计模块：
根据时间段的设置，对这个时期内的支出情况进行统计。
