摘  要

  

计算机和网络技术的发展为MIS管理信息系统提供了良好的支持环境。MIS在企业的管理上发挥了越来越重要的作用，它促使企业管理技术走向成熟，为经理的决策提供信息服务，使经营计划和具体的业务活动联系在一起。而MIS的应用也从大中型企业普及到了中小型企业。电脑配件销售管理系统是为方便小型电脑配件销售企业的业务管理而建立的MIS类系统。

本系统结合MIS的RAD和原型开发方法，利用SQL和ADO等组件技术，基于C/S模式使用CB和SQL Server2000研究开发。目前已经实现了销售管理、报价、进货管理、入库、提货、报修管理等功能模块，并提供了查询统计功能、库存越界报警功能、报表打印功能、数据库备份还原功能、用户密码修改和重登录功能。基本上可以满足中小型电脑配件销售商现阶段的管理应用。此外，C/S模式将数据存储和客户端应用界面分开，使数据模式和应用功能模块独立开来，使系统的开发、应用及维护变得简单，也使得系统的功能容易扩充或升级为基于网络的分布式系统。

本文介绍了系统使用的开发方法RAD和原型开发方法，系统的平台模式C/S，系统开发使用的SQL和ADO等组件技术以及开发工具CB和SQL Server 2000等，并重点阐述了系统的分析设计和实现过程。最后介绍了系统实现的情况及其展望，并总结了开发过程中的心得体会。

Abstract

                                

The development of the computer and network technology has offered a good support environment for MIS (Management Information System). MIS has played a more and more important role in the enterprise management. It promotes enterprise management skills to become mature, offering information service for the managers' decisions, making the business plans linked to the practical business activities. Moreover, MIS has gone into Small and medium enterprises from Large and medium-sized enterprise. Computer Peripherals Sell Management System (CPSMS) is a MIS system that is designed for the convenience of the business management of small computer peripherals sell enterprises.

Based on Client/Server (C/S) mode, the system is developed combining both Rapid Application Development and Prototype Development Approach, using development tools of CB and SQL Server2000. The system has completed selling, quoting price, entry, delivery and report managements, and offered other functions as follows: query and statistics functions; warning function for over or under standard stocks; typing function of report forms; database restore and database backup; revising of user’s passwords and login functions. Now the system can satisfy the management application in small and medium computer peripherals selling enterprises. Furthermore, based on C/S mode, data store is separated from the client interface. As the date mode and function modules are independent, the whole system is easy to design, use and maintain, system functions are easy to expand and upgrade into Distributed system based on the network.

This paper introduces the Rapid Application Development and Prototype Development Approach used within the system, system platform mode C/S, SQL and ADO and other components technologies, SQL Server 2000 and CB development environment, and especially expatiates system analysis design and realization process. At last, the paper talks some about the system functions and system prospect, summarizing the personal experience when designing the system as well.
